2 Drink Ingredients That Help to Lose Weight

#1 Cinnamon Stick + Raw Honey

Steps:

  1. Put a cinnamon stick into a pot of boiling hot water
  2. Wait for 10 minutes
  3. Discard the excess cinnamon stick
  4. Add honey to your drinking cup
  5. Strain the cinnamon tea into your drinking cup and enjoy your tea!

Drink it warm for the best results!

Steps:
